TerraPOD B is the larger of the two pods: a full kitchen, bathroom and sleeping loft in a footprint that still avoids most of the approvals a permanent dwelling attracts.
Power, water and waste are all on board. The northern deck shades the glass in summer and lets the low winter sun onto the slab.
